Soy compositor musical, especializado en medios visuales, establecido en Santiago de Chile. Mi primer trabajo audiovisual profesional fue “Clarita” (2005, TVN), primera serie animada para TV creada y producida en Chile, dirigida por Bernardita Ojeda. Desde entonces he trabajado en cine, publicidad, series de televisión y plataformas web, además de participar como productor musical en diversos proyectos. El año 2013 obtuve el grado de Master of Music, Scoring for Films, Television and Video Games en Berklee School of Music con grado Summa Cum Laude.

 

Mi objetivo principal es lograr un trabajo en equipo fluido junto a directores/as, animadores/as y productores/as. Mi don es saber escuchar y estar atento a lo que necesita cada proyecto. Después viene la música: Todo mi talento y conocimiento están volcados a hacer que el proyecto alcance su máximo potencial creativo y técnico; desde un comercial de 30 segundos hasta una película de 90 minutos. Desde componer, dirigir y grabar una orquesta de 50 músicos en el Clint Eastwood Scoring Stage en Warner Brothers, LA, hasta yo solo, grabando ukelele  en mi estudio; lo importante es cómo hacer que la película quede mejor.

 

 

I am a music composer, specialized in visual media, established in Santiago, Chile. My first professional audiovisual work was "Clarita" (2005, TVN), first animated TV series created and produced in Chile, by Bernadita Ojeda.  Since then I have worked in film, advertising, television series and web platforms, and participating as a music producer on various projects. In 2013 I obtained the degree of Master of Music, Scoring for Films, Television and Video Games at Berklee School of Music, graduated Summa Cum Laude grade.

 

 

My goal is to achieve a fluid team work with directors, animators and producers. My gift is to listen and be attentive to what each project requires. Then comes the music: All my talents and knowledge are geared towards making the project reach its full creative and technical potential, from a 30 second commercial to a 90-minute film. From composing, recording and directing a 50 piece orchestra in the Clint Eastwood Scoring Stage at Warner Brothers, LA, to me alone, recording ukelele in my studio, the important thing is how to make a better movie.
